À notre départ, ma fille a oubliée ses lunettes de vue à la chambre et l'hôtel, loin de me faciliter l'envoi des lunettes par la poste, à mes frais bien sûr, ils m'exigent de le faire par Fedex ou par une autre compagnie de ce type. Or, d'après Fedex c'est 95$ pour cet envoi. J'ai demandé de le faire par la poste et de me facturer par carte de crédit les frais. Or, j'ai eu une négative comme réponse. Très peu de bonne volonté de leur part, même en expliquant la situation. Résumé : lunettes perdues!! En plus de cela, pendant le séjour nous avions demandé de nous changer les serviettes et en rentrant à la chambre on a retrouvé les serviettes propres déposées sur le lit et les serviettes sales toujours à la toilette, éparpillés par terre comme nous les avions laissé.

The hotel was nice over all however I wished they had a microwave and fridge in the room. Also the sink was clogged and I wasn’t able to change my room since the hotel was at capacity

A fine hotel with the amenities you would expect - no more, no less. The location is convenient. The staff is competent but not especially friendly. Rooms are well maintained, though small. No issues but nothing special.

We are so sorry for the mix up in bed room type and for the loud noise. It being the festival and holiday weekend people will be a bit rowdy, but calling down to the front desk would always assist to assert quiet hours.

May prices for hotels in Chicago are out of control. The price for this room was very inflated. A basic room without any amenities. Not the best value. Bedside night light did not work and bathroom faucet dripped. The morning coffee and fruit was nice but for the price you’re better off staying across the street at Home 2. The only thing great about this hotel is location otherwise just average and VERY overpriced.

Just the bare bones. No counter space in the bathroom. Had to place makeup etc on the toilet. Very noisy in the hallways. No coffee or tea in the room. Never again.

We are so sorry to hear about your experience at Hotel Felix. Hotel Felix is a boutique style hotel therefore the smaller amount of space offered in rooms. We offer free lattes and cappuccinos at the bar any time of the day if you ever need to quench the thirst.

We are so sorry to hear about your recent stay. Being a boutique style hotel, our rooms are smaller than other hotels. As for the prices surge due to availability and they always fluctuate.

Being right in the middle of downtown this hotel was convenient in walking to wherever you needed to go as far as shopping and eating. However it is a little noisy in the middle of the night. Overall we had a great experience would definitely stay again!

Although extremely small quarters, it was clean and well maintained. The associates were professional and knowledgable. The rooms lacked a mini fridge and microwave. There was extremely loud music playing late in the neighborhood.

Thank you for your feedback. Being a boutique style hotel our rooms will be a bit smaller than any other hotel. Fridges are upon availability and we do not have microwaves for individual rooms but we have a communal microwave on the mezzanine floor.

The property is lovely and beautifully maintained. Our room was very comfortable and nicely furnished. We would definitely stay there again. Price was reasonable and while a bit removed from the busier areas, the quiet was wonderful

Guest room was not thoroughly cleaned. Bed frames were not compatible with mattresses. All furniture was damaged. White towels were stained with black hair, while washcloths had black stains. Both guests were blonde. Sink was broken in the bathroom, causing constant water flow. Toilet had difficulty flushing properly. Curtains had a brownish color substance on them. No parking available by the hotel. Paid $15 for 20 minutes of parking, $35 for overnight parking from 12:30 am to 10 am, and $22 for the use of Wi-Fi, breakfast, and gym. For $258 a night, I would choose a different hotel.

We are so sorry about you recent stay at Hotel Felix. We have enhanced the housekeeping and engineering routines. We do not have any amenities for parking but we recommend the website Spothero.com for cheap parking in the area compared to flat rate parkin of 50/ per night. All amenities and fees are mentioned in the booking reservation.

The room smelled like urine, called the front desk, they brought up 2 different kinds of room deodorizing sprays. The one and ONLY USB charging port outlet was broken. Hallways needed vacuuming……., NOT impressed. We stay in Chicago once a month and have never stayed in the Felix before and will NOT again! One and done!

The hotel staff and service were good. Our room was disgusting. There was hair on the “new” towel, spider webs on the windows and ceiling, make up, hair and hair products from the previous guest that was not cleaned up properly. And the absolute worse thing we found a some sort of bug on the curtains ! Location of the hotel is great but wish I would have went with a different hotel, the pictures on the website are deceiving for sure.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, the air conditioning barely worked which made the room incredibly hot. The lobby is nice enough, and the staff is super friendly. The location is wonderful.

That $75 fee is just a little too much y’all should redo how y’all policy fees are made.

Thank you for your feedback. Our 75 incidental charge is just a hold at check in that is required in case of any incidentals charged to the room and is returned upon check out if there are no charges. We plan on changing this amount to 100 in the near future.

The room was small, it was in an older building, but was renovated. There was no temporary parking for unloading during our visit, it may be due from the construction working in the area. The parking garage was nearby and was expensive for overnight parking.

There is no parking at hotel. There is $35 near by but still not at the hotel. The room is clean but very strong air spray. Also I booked and prepaid through Expedia but hotel will charge extra $25 per room.
