« From start to finish - excellent! Amazing location, very short walk into Chester centre (which is the most beautiful place and somewhere I will be returning to in summer). « Great house, amazing location. We had a wonderful stay. Any issues were resolved very quickly. Only thing to be improved would be that I had to request the full address and check-in instructions, rather than them just being provided without prompting. We also had a lack of bedding for the sofa bed, but this was resolved quickly. »

« Everything was just right. We enjoy walking, so our days at Chester were superb. The small house was ideal for, had everything we could want and very comfortable too. Easy to leave the car and access everything on foot. Certainly recommend this, thank you »

« The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...
