« From start to finish - excellent! Amazing location, very short walk into Chester centre (which is the most beautiful place and somewhere I will be returning to in summer). The property had a lovely feel, newly decorated and modern, clean, tidy andequipped with all you would need for a stay (towels, loo rolls, washing up equipment, iron, washing machine, comfy beds, hairdryer, good shower, easy heating system... such a cosy warm cottage). « The house was nice - not as big as it looks in the pictures but these are an accurate reflection of the place overall. It’s well-located and very quiet although a map would have been very helpful. Check-in and engagement was good but we did have to wait a while for a response to a (minor) pre-arrival query. The property was generally clean and very tidy. I have extremely high expectations and there were a few small aspects that disappointed - some crumbs on the kitchen counter; a tissue...

« A lovely, welcoming property, which was perfect for a catch up, with ample beds, towels and bedding, enough utensils for cooking a quick meal before relaxing with drinks on the patio, in the hot tub, in the airy living space or all of the above! Everything was well appointed and easy to find, loved the en suite wet room. The chickens provided unexpected entertainment and the neighbouring sheep and alpacas were very chill. « Perfect for exploring Chester on foot and close to the station. Lovely comfy beds but the house itself was not as clean as I would have liked and there are a few maintenance issues but nothing to spoil the stay. We had a great week there. The size of the house was perfect for our family of 5 with older teenagers, not a huge amount of living space for a bigger group though. »
