« We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. « They didn’t go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I know that many places have a binder of things to do nearby and instructions for prepping to leave. Some places also give a bottle of wine or cookies as a welcome gift. This place had a poorly flushing toilet and the flooring was in rough shape. Some planks need to be replaced because you’ll get your sock caught in one. There wasn’t any dish soap. It was very meh but it seemed clean and was a cheap place to crash for the night. »

« Amanda was very good about responding to questions. The place was clean, well organized and the location is good because even though you are close to King street and all the restaurants and shopping, you aren't too close, which was important to us. Getting to the Capitol Mall was an easy train ride from a station that was close as well. Even had parking covered. Excellent! »
