1 night stay, first time at this hotel and certainly the last time.
Several issues
-room had strong smell of urine throughout the stay inspite of the diffuser in the shower/toilet area
- airconditioner didnt work and not sorted inspite of fault being reported (we are talking about Chennai where nights are usually hot and humid)
-booked taxi for airport drop at time of check in for early hours of the morning for 4 passengers. Reiterated to lobby manager about the typenof seat needed for seating 3 passengers in back seat. Hotel provides taxi for 3 passengers (front passenger seat and 2 rear individual bucket seats) asking us to "adjust" !!!
We had to get our 10 year old sit on our lap for the ride to the airport to get there on time as there are no other taxi options available at short notice...
- food in restaurant (buffet) mind blowingly hot. Very poor quality cocktails
Overall, it was certainly not worth the 30000 Indian rupees paid for a 10 hour pit stop at this hotel.
Will certainly be avoiding this hotel in future
When check in time, they said no room available.
We booked 3rooms then most worst case of my experiences under hotel.com.
Also Hotels.com is not supporting anything.

When I pay more than 8000/- the minimum I expect is good air-conditioning, cleanliness, and n noise. The AC in my was thundering for whole 3 days I stayed. Towels are horrible with stains everywhere. Actually I want to give a 1, but the cafe and the service rendered has pushed the rating to a 1.5. I never suggest this to any of my friends.
Property is strategically located and well connected. Problem is that the property is very old and badly needs renovation. Bathrooms are in very bad conditions and Air-conditioning makes lot of noise. Restaurant food is good.
Receiption staffs are not aware of how to work. Still cannot understand why they are asking for AADHAAR card then asking for Passport again asking for AADHAAR card.
Interior are mainly covered by interior-film, meanwhile they have renovated with the cheapest way.
They given me room where ac was making big noise and I noticed dust coming out. The response from front desk was poor, they send a person to clean when I was in the room. Then they changed the room as more dust was noticed. The dinner and breakfast is served with minimum options and same menu every day. I believe it is over rated ....
Good location, extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Checking-in was a bit slow despite me arriving late in the evening.
Limited room service menu and timing.
