However, we sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you encountered regarding outdated rooms, inconsistent staff awareness, and the lack of readily available poolside towels.We understand your frustration with having to make multiple inquiries for towels and returning to your room wet. This is certainly unacceptable, and it falls below the level of service we strive to provide. We will be thoroughly reviewing our staff training procedures to ensure better communication and guest attention to detail.We apologize again for the missing toilet paper after room cleaning. This is a basic oversight that shouldn't have happened.We're happy to hear that some staff members at the reception and in the restaurants provided exceptional service.
