« When I arrived for my reservation that told me " they no longer had room for me", even though I had made a reservation two months prior. They gave me a letter to go to a partner hotel that was miles away from where our event and reservations for dinner were at. When I arrived at the new hotel, they did not have a room for me that would fit my party. I had booked a two queen room and they only had one room with one full size bed. There was no space or bed enough to accommodate my party of 3...

« The hotel was very clean and well kept, very nice. The walls however are thin so we could hear our neighbors next to us all night as well as the people above us. We didn’t get much sleep. »
