Beautiful Two Bedroom Regency Apartment

Welcome to our luxurious 2 bedroom self catering apartment, nestled on the charming St Georges Road in the heart of Cheltenham's Regency area.

This magnificent apartment offers elegant and stylish furnishings, while maintaining its original period features such as high ceilings, sash windows with working wooden shutters, and a stunning chandelier. Relax on the comfortable corner sofa in the open plan kitchen lounge diner, and enjoy the QLED SMART 43" TV with the ability to log in to your own streaming accounts and catch up on your favorite shows. The dining table comfortably seats 4 and the kitchen includes a convenient breakfast bar for 2. Equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster, the kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as a useful study area in the hallway. The Master bedroom features a luxurious King Sized bed, with a dressing area and access to a stunning shower room just outside the bedroom door. Bedroom 2 offers a Super King 'Zip 'n Link' bed that can also be separated into singles upon request. Both bedrooms overlook the peaceful private garden below (which is not accessible by guests).

We offer 2 free street parking permits for the duration of your stay, allowing you to conveniently park just outside.

Guests can also enjoy complimentary Full Fibre Broadband during their stay. The keys to the property are located in a secure key safe box, with the code being released prior to your arrival for easy check in.

Located on a busy road close to the town centre, guests will find themselves in the heart of Cheltenham with its best amenities, bars, and restaurants just steps away. Yet, as the apartment is set back from the road with a private driveway and the bedrooms at the back, guests can expect little to no street noise at night.

Nearby attractions include Cheltenham Ladies College (4 minute walk), Cheltenham's Famous Promenade (5 minute walk), Montpellier Gardens (10 minute walk), Cheltenham High Street (15 minute walk), Montpellier District (8 minute walk), Pittville Park (27 minute walk), and Cheltenham Race Course (37 min walk).

The nearest supermarket is Waitrose on Honeybourne Way, only a 7 minute walk away. Please ask us for personal restaurant recommendations!

For those arriving by train, Cheltenham Spa Train Station is a 19 minute walk, while Royal Well Coach Station is just around the corner, a 4 minute walk. Taxis are easily obtainable too.

We are privileged to look after this home on behalf of the private owners, and our aim is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Our kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessary appliances, and we also provide complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar. Please note that we do not supply salt and pepper or any other cooking basics, however, if you require these prior to arrival, please let us know and we can arrange this for you.

The apartment features complimentary Full Fibre Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, which allows you to access your own streaming accounts. Please note that the TV is not connected to a traditional analogue Aerial, and live TV can only be watched through catch-up streaming services.

We provide all necessary linen for the beds, along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest, as well as a bath mat in the bathroom. We also provide toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, and face/body cream. In the kitchen, we provide a tea towel.

For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer complimentary housekeeping services. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Our check-in and check-out times are listed on the property information. Where possible, we do try to accommodate early check-ins, and we will update you as soon as the apartment is available. For a later check-out, please contact us directly for availability and pricing.

- Please take shoes off on any carpeted areas.
