« The property is in a quiet cul de sac of the village. Note there are street lights in the cul de sac but none in the village. You need a torch. The place was clean. Good sized bathroom. Well equipped kitchen especially if you want to cook for yourself. The cottage is an ideal base for visiting the area with many attractions a short drive away. « A super well-loved cottage. You can sense the cottage was very well maintained with well equipped kitchen. We love the massive living room and board games downstairs and the bedrooms were lovely size. The beds were standard doubles so it was a bit tricky for my elderly parents to roll in bed but otherwise no complaint! A bit hard to find as it in the beginning was behind another cottage and Google got us a little lost but eventually able to find it. Could not recommend it enough. We absolutely...

« Sam, the general manager greeted us warmly on arrival, was very helpful, friendly and professional. Our courtyard room was clean and comfortable with a garden table just outside the door. Plenty of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Dinner and breakfast were both plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended for a stay in the Mendips with dogs. »
