« Most of the staff was excellent. We asked front desk staff (no concierge) about several things going on (in the downtown area). They had no clue. The hotel is downtown, these were events that occur ever year - such as the Porch Fest and the Wine Festival at the Farmer's Market. No one had a clue - we asked about the shuttle dropping us off there and they looked at each other and would not answer our questions. ??? »

« The room was very clean and nice! The complimentary breakfast was actually way beyond what I had in mind. Everything from eggs to cereal to waffles. Will definitely stay here again! »

« Amazing walking distance to the race track. Above and beyond customer service. Hard mattresses, broken toilet seat, cold water don’t work in shower. »

« It was a nice location for us while in town for a funeral and visiting family in the area. It was everything we needed for our brief stay. »

« Clean place. Very good communication. Only issue is parking Hard getting in and out especially with bigger vehicles when someone is parked right along house. Know that if you are tall person you may fill cramped/ claustrophobic as cealings are sloped. »
