This place has potential but is way over sold in the description. It's a gravel parking lot with tiny homes. While the home itself is okay, I couldn't get past the bugs in the carpet of the upstairs landing. We'd planned to put our teen on a pallet there, as our other teen had the 2nd bedroom, but the carpet was disgusting. The next option was the couch that folds down to a bed BUT there were multiple stains and crumbs in the seams.
There was an outdoor grill, but no lighter or matches, not the end of the world as I was able to ask around & use someone's. The real issue was there was no cutting board, cutting knife or steak knives!! Not one sharp utensil to be found.
Our tiny home did not have a lake view, only one row does, no porch, and the only outdoor seats were 2 chairs with a view of a small dumpster.
The saving grace for us is that we were in this area to visit The Whitewater Center and location wise this worked, but I would not stay here again. It probably should have been a sign when pulling up to the office we were greeted with the abdoned, empty swimming pool that looked like it hasn't been used in a decade!!
This place either needs to do some upgrading or lower it's rates.
