We were there for only one night. When we checked in, we were told they have put us in a new room. The staff was very nice and respectable. The room was very clean except for the big sticky stain between the beds. the carpet looked out dated but the biggest drawback was the inside curtains. They only covered the outer third of the window. There was a giant bright light that was shining in our room, and we had no way to block that out so we could get some sleep. overall it was ok, but it was not worth the price of admission. I would not go back

First, I wanna say the ladies at check-in were very sweet. My issue that I had was we were there for three days and our garbage was never taken out and when they did come in to wipe down our room on the first night, they left dirty towels in the tub, there was some kind of basketball convention going on and the noise was unbelievable. Couldn’t find parking. Had to park in handicap. Location is great. The staff is great. Needs to be a little bit better about updating the hotel with the building.

Checkin was very easy. They had dinner right off of the lobby which was wonderful after a full day of driving. I had just been notified of the death of my mother, Pierre (the person at the dinner) noticed i was upset. Asked in concern if I was ok. Offered to talk, then asked if he could pray for me and my family. He was so very kind. Your staff went above and beyond and truly cares about their travellers!!
