« Très bel emplacement sur une plage magnifique. Mais hôtel un peu vieillissant avec une qualité de service tres inégale en fonction du personnel : le meilleur côtoie le pire ! Au final, nous avons passé un bon séjour mais nous n y retournerons pas, le rapport qualité-prix n’étant pas à la hauteur de ce que l’on est en droit d attendre quand on va dans un tel établissement. »

« Such a beautiful place! My family and I have nothing bad to say about it. We had a great time. The service is amazing, the beach is beautiful (quiet too) compared to other hotels. We stayed in a luxury ocean front suite and it was stunning. It’s super quiet, relaxing, and on the smaller side so if you’re looking for that this is the perfect place. Will definitely come back. Thanks Lee, Roy, and other the lady at the front desk! (I’m sorry I forgot her name) but they were very kind and helpful. »

« Lugar extremamente novo. Inaugurado há apenas 2 meses. Tudo com muito bom gosto e pessoas sempre prontas a ajudar e servir. O lugar é extraordinário mas fica longe de tudo e os táxis são muito caros e cobram por pessoa e não por distância. Optamos por alugar um barco, fazer uma boa compra de supermercado, cozinhar em 2 noites e nas outras, comer no hotel. Local ideal para descansar. Praia maravilhosa. »

« Studio with balcony overlooking ocean was perfect. We did not rent a car and walked to beach (great snorkeling just down the beach) and restaurants. Very safe area with sidewalk on Bight Rd. MANY steps down to Beach and Bight Rd but we love to exercise so the extra steps helped work off the amazing food and drinks. Great place for a single or couple. »

« If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back. »

« New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...
