« The host was very responsive to my questions. Answered in a timely manner. The location is very close to UT Austin. It is an apartment building that seems to house a lot of UT students. We were there over a weekend and it was very quiet. It is an older building but seems to be well maintained. Our only issues were with the little things. Two wash clothes in the entire apartment that sleeps 4-6 people. No towels in the kitchen to dry dishes. No hangers in the closets. The pillows need replaced....

« Easy walking distance to cool restaurants and coffee in Hyde park. We walked to UT graduation. Not a short walk, about 30 minutes but if you like walking and hate looking for parking it works! »

« Apt was clean and in a great location! Only thing i would suggest is a floor length mirror in 1 of the bedrooms and the windows were extremly dirty and need to be cleaned! Hard to see out of them and apt is a little dark!We did have problems with wifi not staying connected on saturday! Bathroom is a little dark and tub needs to resurfaced ! Its just old! Bedrooms are large and plenty of towels! Other than that check in and out very easy! »

« The unit was a bit smaller than expected but accomodated our small group. The unit was clean and well furnished. However, the pool was too dirty to enjoy. Communication with the host was good and the location was fine for our needs. »
