« I will never book a room at this hotel again when I arrived there’s no one there to check in and there isn’t phone number left there to get a hold of somebody but nobody answered. I called for an hour. There’s no option to leave a voice message or anything, and I still haven’t received my money back. »

« There was no heat in my room and the front desk clerk gave me a tiny space heater. I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. They just redid their pool though- maybe they should have gotten the heating system working. I hear there is no air conditioning here either. Unfortunately if you are coming to Rapids to work at the hospital, this is the closest hotel. »
