« This place is grossly overpriced! There's clearly a large moisture issue at the hotel. The first room they gave us smelled like wet dog + mildew + mold. They had to downsize us because they said the same room type will have the same smell. So we downsized and the room we stayed in didn't have that strong smell but it still smelled like mildew/mold. When I looked at the A/C unit, you can see mold specs growing on it and the wall around it had dark water stains. Our pillows and towels felt moist....

« I called AmeriVu the day before my arrival to verify how to use my Expedia credit. Staff instructed me not to do anything online ahead of time. They told me they would apply my Expedia credit during check-in. When i arrived the staff told me they could not apply my credit. So i had to pay full price with my own funds. Also breakfast was only cereal, bread, muffins, bagels, juice, coffee, milk. Not even donuts! »

« This cottage was perfect for our getaway! Comfortable seating in a roomy living space, king bed was comfortable too. Clean everything. Shopping, restaurants, and pubs were not far. We recommend this place. Host's were quick to respond to texts. »
