« There was no heat in my room and the front desk clerk gave me a tiny space heater. I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. They just redid their pool though- maybe they should have gotten the heating system working. I hear there is no air conditioning here either. Unfortunately if you are coming to Rapids to work at the hospital, this is the closest hotel. »

« Very impressed by how large and clean the rooms are! The pool was a bit underwhelming, but given the time of year, I think that is why the slides were closed. Beautiful hotel! »

« Good breakfast and we were happy that the hot tub and pool were in working condition. Very nice! »

« Nice place, however not having an elevator makes it tough for people with heavy luggage or coolers to get to the 2nd floor. Also the ice machine on 2nd floor was out of order... It was nice enough for us, would probably stay again, to be honest. »

« They are in the process of renovating things. The room was clean, pool area was clean and the breakfast was fresh. The staff was great! We look forward to stopping there again when we are in the area. »
