« This has always been a solid hotel. We’ve stayed here many times because it is the best option in city of Merrill. The rooms have always been clean. The value for what you get can’t be beat. »

« Overall, the updated room was nice. The only odd thing about the room was that there were several smaller lights on each side of the bed as well as the table across the room. To have the room lit up you had to turn them all on at the same time. For breakfast I would suggest that the plates they use be bigger because the waffle and syrup ran over the edge of the plates. »

« No one came to front desk, had to call hotels number to get someone. Sidewalks weren’t shoveled and were extremely hard to walk on. Our bathroom door knob was hanging off, the tv screen was blurry even after trying to adjust settings, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the “fresh” towel hung over the ledge of the bathtub had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. Worst experience we’ve ever had. This trip was not for leisure, it was a hospital stay so we only needed the room to...
