« There is no elevator in this hotel and it’s not listed they don’t have one. I had elderly people that had a rough time with the steps with me and they were fully booked so they couldn’t put us on the lower level. »

« The staff was super nice but didn’t know what they were doing. She tried super hard, but had to refer me to come back between 11pm and 7am to get help. »

« The pool and hot tub were under repairs, and the breakfast had sausages but no eggs, otherwise all was great. »

« Beautiful views!! We were on the lower level and had to carry all of our gear up and down 3 flights of stairs. So not real convenient. Very convenient location to the downtown. The breakfast was not worth mentioning. »

« I did not seen food any of the three mornings I woke up there. There was a plastic container with slices of bread though and a toaster. There is no pool on this property. There are no available personal items in the bathroom but there are dispensers with liquid soaps in them for the shower and for the sink, we ran out of toilet paper before we left. »

« Beds were horrendous and as a result we did not sleep well. We were near the end of the hall where the back outside door would often be slammed shut. Breakfast was so-so. »
