Châteaux à Centre-nord du Colorado

« Hate to give this historic hotel a bad rating but it is a must. Parking was atrocious, no where to park to check in and the gate people were not helpful at all. The bathrooms in the main hotel were dirty. The room they gave us for $345 was subterranean in the Aspire building. When we went to check out at 7:45 am there was no one at the front desk and it had a sign saying go to the main holding which again, no parking and pretty far away. I was beyond disappointed and disgusted by this hotel. ...

« Wow! Super nice venue! Room was clean and very comfy. Location was near every facility but not too near. A perfect balance. The neighborhood is inhabited by a family of elks. Each morning and each evening we had the pleasure to have their visit. »

« The room was clean and the beds were very good. One annoying problem was that the shampoo, conditioner, and the bath soap dispensers were empty! Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until I was ready to use the shampoo. I believe this is a newly acquired hotel by Marriott and they still need to fine tune themselves to Marriott’s standards. Our welcome message was for another family and the room across the way made their own “Do not disturb” sign! »

« Bed and pillows were comfortable enough, bed sheets and linens were clean, fresh and no permanent stains. Room seemed clean but past due for an update and bathroom redo. Worked in a pinch. Not a first choice. Breakfast, as some have said, was interesting. »

« Hotel was close to my parents, convenient to the highway, clean, and had breakfast everyday. It has an indoor pool, we saw lots of families swimming. Pillows were rock hard, but that is a personal preference »
