« Tool a chance on this BnB outside of Denver, and we weren't disappointed. Ken the Owner was a gracious host, and the accommodations are clean and comfortable, with a surprising number of amenities. The price is unbeatable. The only constructive criticism I'd offer is that many surfaces, both in our room and in common spaces, needed to be dusted. I would stay there again, and I highly recommend. »

« I booked this day, hoping to get away from my very busy life and get quiet. That is exactly what I got to do while I was there. It was raining when I arrived, and the owner met me at my car with an umbrella. They thoughtfully plan out Every portion of your stay by having comfortable accommodations, and plenty of places to hang out and be cozy. I stay was quiet. The room was beautiful, with an amazing view. Everything was clean and pretty and exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for hosting...

« Overall our experience was great but the air mattress did not stay inflated and we only had 3 towels and there were 4 adults so it might be good to get another bed in the room for 4 adults. »

« Property was clean & tidy! The hosts were very responsive to our questions both during & before our stay. They’ve thought of everything, including having nice little extras that are often forgotten while traveling. The local recommendations were great. We had an issue with the garage door opener and Simon attempted to fix it right away, which was so appreciated! He communicated what was happening right away too. »

« Overall this property served its purpose for us- it was clean, in a relatively safe feeling neighborhood, and was comfortable for the 4 nights we spent here! Our only complaint is how close the carriagehouse is to the main house and neighboring houses, which isn’t really shown in pictures. Otherwise my husband, dog, and I enjoyed our stay here and will likely keep this place in mind for future visits! »

« A weekend away spent up the hill from a few of our favorite places to eat and a 10 minute walk to the incline/barr trail. The host was wonderful and responsive, we enjoyed the hot tub and the fact it felt secluded while being right in town. The space is inviting and the bed was really comfortable for being small. My husband is 6’4 and I’m 5’10, so we did have to duck under the doors as it’s an older building with around 6ft door frames, but for the price and convenience of walking Manitou we...

« FRAUD. THIS PLACE IS A HOUSE. DOES NOT REPRESENT WHAT IS PICTURED ON YOUR SITE IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. IT ISN'T A HOTEL. IT IS A HOUSE IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA. CAN'T GET AHOLD OF OWNER. VM IS FULL PROBABLY WITH COMPLAINTS AND HOTELS.COM SUCKS AT REFUNDING CUSTOMERS WHO WERE LED TO THIS PLACE ONLY TO FIND IT DOESN'T IN ANY WAY REFLECT WHAT IS ON HOTELS.COM. IT IS FLAT OUT FRAUD AND I AM SUING FOR THE TEARS, FRUSTRATION, THE MONEY I HAD TO PAY WITHOUT EVEN STAYING THERE,THE GAS, EVERYTHING. »

« We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. I would recommend this property for active adults. »
