Amazing mountain views! Dine on the private patio with fire pit and gas grill while watching a beautiful sunset over Pikes Peak. This 1 bedroom 1 bath vacation rental is perfect for your Colorado Springs vacation. It has amazing views of Pikes Peak and the whole front range of the Rocky Mountains! It's within a short distance from the Pikes Peak Highway, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, & the U.S. Air Force Academy. It's just minutes from Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, and downtown Colorado Springs.

This unit is a 531 square foot, 1-bedroom suite attached to a single-family home. Watch the 70" TV from the king size bed in the single bedroom or the 50" TV from the full sleeper sofa in the living room. Relax after your adventure with a modern walk-in tile shower.

Enjoy the views of Pikes Peak and the entire front range while dining, watching movies, or playing games at the large dining room table. Or enjoy the private patio with amazing mountain views, a gas grill, patio set, and fire pit.

Take advantage of all of the nearby restaurants, order in, or cook up a delicious meal in the brand-new kitchen which has a convection/microwave oven, full size fridge, icemaker, dishwasher, and single portable burner.

Although this guest suite is attached to the main residence, it has a separate entrance and complete privacy, including private patio with fire pit, and two dedicated parking spots.

The guest suite is most suitable for 2 guests, however it can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The apartment was very clean and was all we needed. It does not have a stove but has a hot plate and griddle which we used for breakfast cooking. The views were wonderful! We loved Seven Falls and Garden of the gods. We did an E-bike tour called Glen & Garden with Amp’d Adventures which included biking through Glen Eyrie Castle grounds which was a wonderful surprise! Beautiful grounds and buildings! Also loved riding the Cog Railway to Pike’s Peak! Really enjoyed having the apartment to rest in after our adventures!

We absolutely loved our stay at Grandview Mesa. The location was perfect for all the daytrips and hiking we planned to do around Colorado Springs and surrounding towns. This turned out to be one of our favorite rentals!! The unit itself is very clean. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was well stocked with shower products and plenty of towels. Althpugh the unit is attached to the main home, we never felt like we didn’t have privacy. There is a nice barrier in the back and we loved the outdoor space too. If we travel back to Colorado, we would absolutely stay here again!!

Mountain View AirB&B

This AirB&B was so lovely. It was clean, peaceful, had an amazing view, stocked with coffee, perfect for a getaway with your partner. The host communicated perfectly, checking in every so often to make sure we were having a good time and had everything we need. One of my favorite things was the information book provided, yes it gave the rules but it also gave a big list of places to eat, things to do, and all of the different hiking spots.

Great place and location

If you are looking for a great place to stay in a prime location, then this is the rental for you. My family loved the rental as it had everything we wanted and needed. We loved the view of the Rocky Mountains and Pikes Peak. We also loved the proximity to excursions such as Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, the zoo, Old Colorado City, Pikes Peak, and the interstate. When we come back to Colorado Springs, we will definitely be staying here.

Do yourself a favor and just go ahead and book this place. It’s super clean, very well stocked, great location, amazing view, this list goes on. Easy to find and park and has a great outdoor area where not only do you get to see the beautiful mountains we had deer come up on multiple occasions. All the well known places in town are great, horseback through Garden of the the Gods is great but we think the star is the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

Amazing little getaway

hosts are very timely with questions, the place had everything we needed as well as games, pamphlets for tourism, and things to do in the area. this place is also 20 minutes or less from all the popular tourist things in the area. we would love to come back!!
