« We stayed in the MIL suite for two nights. Using it for a jumping off point for visits to the Cuchara Ski area and the Great Sand Dunes. The place was comfortable a spotless! Would highly recommend! »

« Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great. Huge theater-quality TV if you have an event you want to watch. Loved the spacious kitchens, high tech bathrooms, and great radiant...

« Un hôtel simple, peut-être un peu cher pour la qualité de certains équipements, mais la vue sur le parc de Great Sand Dunes des terrasses de chaque chambre fait oublier tout cela. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter du parc. Le petit-déjeuner est compris mais c’est du à emporter dans la chambre (Grab and Go). »

« If you want some peace and quiet from the road . This little place fits the bill perfectly. It is secluded and tucked away. The area surrounding it is a goldmine of culture, languages and scenery. 14,000 foot peaks an hour away. Charming small towns tucked away in remote areas. An adventure. »

« We made a quick stop on our way driving from Houston to northern Utah. The place was comfortable and clean. The communication with the owner was excellent. I had my dog and my 80 year old mom with me. Both felt comfortable there :)! »

« Craig and Judy are wonderful hosts and we could not have had a more delightful stay! Every amenity you could possibly need has been provided along with a bowl of snacks on the table. The cabin was just what we were hoping for with wonderful views that make you just want to sit and relax for hours. We enjoyed hiking around the property and using the shooting range. We hope to return in the future. Thanks Craig and Judy!!!!! »

« House and amenities were exactly as advertised. House was beautiful, clean and just what we wanted. Owner was great communicator and kept in touch with us during our stay. We will be returning to the area and will definitely rent from her again as long as she lists the house. AMAZING STAY!! »

« Spacious house with mountain views near Great Sand Dunes National Park. The town is tiny but not terribly far from larger towns with more amenities. We really enjoyed the space to spread out and proximity to the dunes. The house had large appliances and spacious kitchen and plenty of hot water. The gas range especially was a pleasure to use. Beds were comfy. When the ice maker appeared to have quit working, Eric kindly dropped off some ice trays for our use. We enjoyed our stay and would...
