« We arrived exhausted & ready to sleep only to open the door to a place that hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. Sink had dirty dishes, trash was fun, beds unmade, dirty towels on floor, I can keep going but that’s the basics. It was 8pm ish so getting in touch with a real person presented a challenge but finally did. Cleaning crew wasn’t able to come clean that night, which was expected but we couldn’t stay there in that condition, we left and found a hotel, here we are 5 days later...
