« We had such a great time. Perfect for an 11 year old boy - he LOVED exploring the castle and grounds, and I loved the gorgeous furnishings and comfy room (and I’ll be honest, I also loved exploring the grounds). David is so so so personable and welcoming. I only wish we had more time to hang out! »

« If you love the unusual, this is your place! Great “castle” experience and the beauty of southern Indiana horse country! Unique venue close to all the attractions Louisville, KY has to offer and a beautiful, pastoral setting too. The host was very friendly and made us feel welcomed and at home. Highly recommended. »

« This place was awesome! It’s beautiful, private, and the best for any Harry Potter fan. Our only downer was that there was an alarm going off in the closet in the kitchen. I tried to reach out to host several times, but didn’t get a text back and the phone number took me straight to voicemail. It was in the morning an hour and half before checkout time, so we had a lot of fun before that happened! We would go back again! « We rented both units at the Biergarten, the combined available space is HUGE, and extremely well outfitted. I echo 100% the comfort of the beds. It right in the middle of Blowing Rock, directly across a small drive from the Blowing Rock Brewing Company (Restaurant there as well). My boys (10, 13, 14, 16) and I spent the night and hit up App Ski the next morning. My wife didn't make the trip, too bad, she would have been soooo impressed with me picking this spot.
