« We booked this stay simply for a comfortable night’s sleep, with a late check-in and early checkout after a long road trip, but unfortunately, it did not meet even that basic expectation. The entrance was poorly lit, which made arriving at night inconvenient and slightly unsafe. Carrying luggage up the steep stairs was also quite challenging.
