« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« The staff were friendly and check in was super fast and easy. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The water was hot, fridge was extra cold. My only complaint is there was a bit of larger trash scattered around the parking lot, which is not a big deal, but the same pieces weren’t picked up during the entirety of our stay. (3days/2nights). Definitely recommend and will be back. »
