« A dated hotel in need of refurbishment, situated between two roads. Limited power outlets, particularly near the bed. »

« Hot tub broken and pool was very cold. This is the 3rd time I'm a row useing expedia for reservation that the hotel we chose had a broken hot tub. I use you so I don't have to call the hotel for the reservation. If I have to call the hotel in advance to make sure the amenities are available what do I need expedia for? »

« The checkin was fast and the person who was there was very friendly. The room with double beds was nice and big enough. Beds were ok. The air conditionning was basic but it was working. « On s'est retrouvé dans une chambre au premier étage, semi-enterrée. La chambre était peu lumineuse, elle sentait mauvais, et l'environnement extérieur était très bruyant. Le frigo était très bruyant car réglé à fond, le bouton pour diminuer la température était manquant donc impossible de le baisser. Rien n'était prévu dans la chambre ou la salle de bain pour accrocher les serviettes. »
