« I had the honor of being their first guest, and I have to say this team and property are my absolute FAVORITE anywhere. What a joy everyone is, so kind and thoughtful, the details they’ve put into the property are incredible. The beds are brand new and I got the best sleep I’ve had in weeks. The setting is serene and gorgeous. Everything is clean, and not just works, but thoughtfully planned out for a truly best guest experience. I would stay longer if I could, and I’ll certainly be back!...

« The property is lovely. Those who were working were kind. The toilet in our room was broken and ran every 17 minutes all night long. We told the desk and they left us a note that the toilet was fixed. However, upon entering the room we discovered that our room was not made up - probably because it was being serviced when the cleaning staff was in the area and it just got missed but, the toilet now ran every minute all night long, albeit, not as loud as the night before. « J’ai apprécié de pouvoir faire un checking 10 minutes après la fermeture de la réception et je remercie la réceptionniste pour cela. Par contre, au-delà de dormir, il n’y a rien à faire. Et attention la climatisation ne fonctionne pas bien. Le matin pas de check Out, la réception était toujours fermé à 8h30, le petit déjeuner qui était censé être compris, même si on avait pas de grandes attentes n’était pas et n’avait pas lieu »

« On my personal top-3 in Oregon. I always try to find a bad excuse to travel to Redmon just to spend a night in this hotel. I like everything: the building, the team, the rooms, the breakfasts. The hotel has been remodeled and is very design, with taste. I just feel good there. It was my 4th stay. Will return. »

« We were seated in the lounge for 20 minutes and never got service, we got up and left and went to another place for drinks. $400 a night is insane!!! We will never pay that again. The place is ok, the grounds are kept nice but not $400 nice. »
