« Great place to stay in Central Oregon »

« All aspects of our stay were incredible! Room was clean, check in was seemless. Our only concern was that we packed our belongings and went out to breakfast on our last day, came back less than an hour later, 930 or so and our bed was stripped and our room was being cleaned. We had planned on staying in the room until checkout as we had an event to get dressed and ready for. Unfortunately, we did not have that option. « On my personal top-3 in Oregon. I always try to find a bad excuse to travel to Redmon just to spend a night in this hotel. I like everything: the building, the team, the rooms, the breakfasts. The hotel has been remodeled and is very design, with taste. I just feel good there. It was my 4th stay. Will return. »

« This property charges a 19% resort fee. I asked why and was told it was for the "pool, etc". The pool was closed. There was no hot water in the morning. The lampshade was marred with some sort of burn mark. The interior lock on the door did not work. When I first checked in, my room key would not work; there was a big kurfuffle before they found me another room. The room was noisy. I have stayed here every single time I have come to Bend for 25 years. No more. »
