« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« The fit and finish of these rooms is amazing! I wish EVERY hotel would pay as much attention to detail as these folks have. A/C and Heat worked great, Bed was super comfortable and the bathroom is super nice. My only complaint was, there needs to be a desk or sitting table for work. Even if just a cofee table by the couch :) »

« Check in attendant was a little rude and it seemed as I was bothering her when I checked in. I had to wait at the desk for awhile as she must have been in the back doing something. I heard children crying. She had 0 personality and 0 warmth. She was very off putting. Other than this, I enjoyed the accommodations. »
