« No one thing stood out. The property location, the peacefulness, the amenities, the staff. All 10+. Joseph was particularly helpful... we had a mishap with our coffee maker and he made us a personal cup of coffee which was even better! Major kudos to Joseph! »

« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« Great location, nice & clean room, comfortable bed and free parking. Professional courteous staff. Entry door closer can be dialed less forceful. Doors slam too hard, causing startling loud noise and rattling walls. Noise heard from several doors down, interrupting sleep. »
