« They contacted us to know at what time we would arrive. We have them the hour and when we arrived no one was here, the door was closed and no one inside. We rang at the door but still no answer. « We came in town for the George Strait concert and chose to stay at the Omni Severin. The staff was incredible, especially Freddie, he was awesome, very friendly and extremely helpful in getting us to our room and detailing things to do in the city. St. Elmo Steakhouse is a must. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a nice overview of the city. Lucas Oil Stadium is within walking distance of the Omni so we were able to valet our vehicle and walk to wherever we needed to go. Loved our stay...

« First thing arriving we have our cooler that we brought checked. We were told we can not bring in alcohol. That is by far the dumbest rule I have ever had in all the hotels I have ever stayed with. So among the soda, water, juice, and sandwiches we had six beers that we had to "coat check" as I, a 29 y/o male, am not allowed to have.
