« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « I only drank coffee for breakfast. I didn't have a need for the laundry. The room is very clean, and the queen bed we slept on was one of the best. The staff was very cordial. »

« The hotel overall looks nice on the outside but the bathrooms are very small and the beds are uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The room does need updating as well as more pictures in the room to make it nice.. They do have newer fixtures and countertop in the bathroom but the bathrooms overall needs to be way larger!..too small. The breakfast area needs updating as well as far as the quality of food. It is very warm and stuffy in the room they serve the breakfast as well. I would...
