« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. What's worse (if you can imagine this getting worse) -- We booked 5 rooms at the Boulder Creek Inn and each one of us received boorish and rude treatment by the managers and owners. « If you are looking for a no-frills medium priced stay this is the place you should come. We had a lot of issues trying to get the TV to go to a channel and the Wi-Fi is extremely poor at this location. You get what you paid for the breakfast was just average if you get there at 9 AM you will get whatever is left over the staff was nice but not over caring »

« The pictures shown on the site for the motel are from remodeled or updated areas. Sadly, we were given a room right out of the movie, Trains, Planes, and Automobiles. Wood paneling, torn up linoleum flooring, dirty carpet with an area ripped and covered with a nasty rug, popcorn ceiling, pieces of cardboard folded and holding the air conditioner vent open, all just ick.
