« I paid for the upgrade. We were supposed to get bathrobes available to us in our room and there were none. The capital view was more like a highway view. The cost of the room was way too overpriced. There was also a lack of restaurant variety. »

« Il y a un certain laisser aller dans cet hôtel . Les repas sont servis normalement jusqu’à 14 h mais si vous arrivez à 13 h 30 l on ne vous sert plus . Le réassort de bouteilles d eaux ( pour lequel l on paye un supplément journalier ) n est pas systématiquement fait , j ai dû en demander à la réception plusieurs fois . Une fois ma chambre n a même pas été faite !!! Le personnel de la réception est par contre très réceptif aux demandes et mets tout en œuvre pour aider . Nous avons séjourné...
