« My son and I overall enjoyed our stay here. Room and facilities though has signs of exterior & interior run down but for us as long as bed is comfortable, aircond works fine cold and bathroom clean with good shower & toilet that is good. Plus breakfast buffet was great too with variety of local and western dishes. Swimming pool was not very clean as how it used to be back then and it's shower / change room does not provide shower gel & shampoo like before which is a bit of nuiscance since I was...

« The first room (9th floor) we had was a nightmare : the toilets was super noisy (water noise every 10 minutes) and we simply didnt sleep that first night, we had to insist to the reception to change the room electrical cable was hanging in the bathroom (super dangerous !) and shower cabin seal was defective as well. In the new room (15th floor) it was a bit better but not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The hotel need to be refreshed clearly, it looks like an 90s hotel (decoration outdated) ...

« This is a basic, no frills hotel which it does really well. Set in an authentic row of shops with traditional food nearby. Perfect to lay your head down after a busy day in the city. If you want swimming pools and gyms, this isn’t for you. If you want affordable and simple safe place to sleep with good air on, go for it. »

« Fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain qui en plus n’avait pas de lumière … zéro insonorisation car la fenêtre ne fermait pas totalement. Personnel allongé sur les fauteuils de l’entrée ce qui ne donne pas du tout une attitude professionnelle. Passable pour une nuit mais je ne recommande pas du tout. »

« The location of the boutique hotel is very strategic as it is located opposite MRT. Sunway Giza and Sunway Nexis are located at two different ends of the shop row. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable and sufficiently accommodate two persons. The only con is the poor sound proofing system. We could hear what the others from the corridor talked about. »
