« Our family of four would highly recommend this beautiful villa within a short walk of Cruz Bay. The home was easy to live in for our family, it was clean, and well appointed. The solar panels and Tesla battery is a great back up to occasional island power outages. The host did a wonderful job communicating details with us through our trip. »

« My husband and I spent 3 nights at this beautiful place. It was spacious, had everything you need for a comfy stay. Being able to take a dip in the pool and relax after a full day of beaching and hiking was lovely. Communication with Hannah was great! Lorraine (Hannah’s mom) was absolutely the best. She greeted us warmly when we arrived. Made us feel right at home. Checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. »

« My boyfriend and I had a fantastic stay at the Cozy Cottage. It was the perfect space for two. It is located in a great area; close to town and the beaches but away from the crowd and noise. We hit most of the beaches and went into town at least once a day if not multiple and it was not a hassle. The place was equipped with everything you would need and more such as beach chairs, beach towels, floaties, ice packs, coolers and even a grill. We had a few grill nights which turned out great....

« Amanda was so helpful, especially during an island power outage that lasted for many hours over approximately 2 ½ days. She supplied water, battery fans, and a large battery backup that enabled us to stay internet connected throughout. We’ve stayed here before: The property is very clean , well and comfortably furnished on the quiet side of the island. In short, don’t come here ‘cuz we want it all to ourselves! »

« Tina and Joe have created a peaceful nook that has everything you need plus extras to enjoy the island! We loaded up our jeep everyday with nice beach chairs and a cooler they have at the cottage and enjoyed the ambiance of the outdoor shower to rinse off the day! Porch was amazing for coffee and wine time!! Very clean, no problems checking in or out, they have a generator too but no power issues while we were there . Hope we get to come back!
