« We had a great trip to St. John and an overall positive stay at this property. The cottage was clean, well-located, and had most of what we needed. We appreciated the use of the cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. A few small additions like extra trash bags or a laundry basket would have been helpful, but nothing that took away from the trip. Overall, a good place for a laid-back island stay. »

« It is a quiet accommodation with nearby places to eat and shop located in a central area. Good communication. The air works well. It doesn't have a water heater but the island is hot but refreshing at night. Otherwise excellent. »

« Seabreeze is the smaller of 2 rental units on this gorgeous property. It us perfect for a couple. We loved the huge screened in space, where we ate and hung out most of the time. Lovely view, vet quiet fir so close to town. The plunge pool and covered patio were so delightful and very private. Excellent bed and linens. Great stacked washer/dryer in the huge bathroom which has a giant walk in shower. The kitchen is large & airy with great appliances and pretty much everything you need in the way...

« We stayed at the end of March 2025! First, the host is top notch! She will give you all the advice you need for planning your trip! Take it and do your own research as there is soooo much to do within your limited time there. Also, Bob the grounds keeper is very friendly and helpful too! Location: you’re on Coral Bay, super convenient for those looking for adventure as you can access the whole island from the less populated side of the island and skip traffic heading to the north side beaches....
