« Property is beautiful and well kept. All employees are very nice and approachable. We only used the main/bar pool and outdoor shower when returning from the beach, but the other pool, hot tubs and cold plunge looked awesome. It was a great surprise to have an ice machine and radio/record player in the room. I appreciated the tresemme shampoo & conditioner and cucumber body wash. The food was fantastic, from the lunch/happy hour options poolside or the luxurious dinner at the Aerial restaurant....

« We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place. « The staff went above and beyond. The property is being renovated which is said might take 2 years but it is quiet. The grounds are beautiful. They have golf carts to get you to your room, front desk, pool, restaurant and parking. They have a pool bar with restaurant, a restaurant and a small cafe which has staples to buy. There is an onsite area to get a taxi but highly recommend renting a jeep to get around the island. About 8 min drive to Cruz bay with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Just...
