« Tilly and her husband Dan were amazing! They were responsive and so friendly and came to fix the WiFi within less than half an hour when we checked in after reception had closed. The house was immaculate and we had a wonderful Christmas and Boxing Day with our family and friends from across the UK and our daughters from the USA. « Extraordinary cottage, very well equiped, cosy and confortable.You feel at home and it is just as though Elizabeth 1st is going to knock at your door!The town itself is delicious, with nice people : we had coffee and cake when visiting the church!Also nice shops.Easy to get to London or Cambridge by train from Audley End, and last surprise : Audley End house!Thank you Deborah and Susie, we would certainly be happy to come back and tu recommend Drake cottage »

« Beautiful, peaceful surroundings at this cottage with amazing views and wildlife. The cottage was cozy and we enjoyed the lovely cake and local honey in the kitchen.The cafe across the street was a lovely place for breakfast, lunch or a snack and drink.The hosta were very accommodating. »

« A lovely cottage in a beautiful rural area with many options to go on a hike. We also went to the Harry Potter studio’s, which are very close by. We enjoyed the BBQ in the backgarden many times, as we were very lucky with the weather. »

« Property is not inhabitable in the heat, we were due to stay during the heatwave and unfortunately as the entire side of the property is glass and how it faces, it gets even warmer in the evening as the sun comes round. We had taken tower fans with us in preparation but unfortunately due to travelling with a very small baby and a toddler we were not able to stay at the property more than a few hours as our baby became distressed in the temperature.
