« Property is not inhabitable in the heat, we were due to stay during the heatwave and unfortunately as the entire side of the property is glass and how it faces, it gets even warmer in the evening as the sun comes round. We had taken tower fans with us in preparation but unfortunately due to travelling with a very small baby and a toddler we were not able to stay at the property more than a few hours as our baby became distressed in the temperature. « An idyllic location which had a rustic feel with modern twist. The barn was ideal for our family of three's needs and where we needed additional support, was given with no objections. The dining area, crockery and appliances were kept really clean and up to date. The outside area as an overspill if a bbq was wanted, had games and seating with lighting and tables to keep you entertained. Had a lovely and restful time, thanks to the host. »

"Deuxième séjour à l’Ibis de Cambridge. Idéalement situé à la sortie de la gare c’est un hôtel standard. Les chambres ne sont pas grandes ni luxueuses mais propres. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la petite attention pour mon anniversaire. Donc merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel."

"The hotel overall is excellent, clean and the decor is beautiful. However, there are two minor issues that hold it back. Firstly, not being able to change the temperature in the room was a problem for me, as it was too hot on both nights I stayed in the room. Secondly, I do not know what was going on in the restaurant on Saturday night but it was chaos. There were three tables around me, and myself, and all four orders were wrong. It also seemed a little like some serving staff were trying to avoid eye contact with customers and were cleaning tables rather than serving guests. Friday night, however, was excellent service in the restaurant and the server was attentive and asked how my meal was, etc. Finally, the automated checkin - it is okay, but after I leave checkin, how am I supposed to know what my room number is? I was only offered the card, nothing with the room number on and I had to get a member of the chamber staff to find out my room number for me. Still, it was otherwise good, I'd stay again, and the breakfast was very good. "
