Emplacement idéal.
Il s’agit plutôt d’un appart-hôtel. Le hall d’acceuil minuscule est un peu déroutant. Le personnel charmant au demeurant est très restreint et donc il y a peu de service, pas de portier, ni de concierge, ni de porteur pour les bagages... Après 21:00 on rentre avec un code. Mais les chambres sont spacieuses et joliment décorées en style très moderne. Il est idéalement situé et tout peu se faire à pieds ou en bus qui se prend surune place principale à 5’.

Hôtel accueillant, centre ville, proche marché.
Hôtel très très sympa, très bien placé (centre ville), récent, une terrasse avec une vue surprenante sur la ville.Les chambres sont très joliment décorées et très propres. Le petit déjeuner très copieux, mais servi uniquement dans la chambre pour le moment, en raison des travaux de la salle du petit déjeuner. Le personnel était très accueillant et à l'écoute du client, essayait de nous aider au maximum, même si on ne parlait pas italien, il faisait l'effort de parler français pour nous aider (Renseignements: Restaurants, excursions, parkings, sorties, ...).

Centrally located perfect to get a real feel of being in Italy. If you like to walk to local shopping, a cafe or to a bar….this hotel is right in the middle of everything. I stayed on a Monday-Thursday. At night you can hear music from local bars etc. It stopped around midnight. So if you’re a light sleeper and go to bed early….this could be an issue. Room was clean and was functional. The room was LARGE. Staff was very friendly and spoke fluent English which helped me a lot. I normally stay at Hilton Hotels but wanted to try something different this trip. Glad I did!

This boutique hotel is in a great central location and only a few hundred meters to the fish market and the main square and church. However the rooms are very small. My 6 ft husband couldn’t stand up in half of the room and kept hitting his head on the roof beams. The bed is only a double. I would look for something close by but with bigger rooms.

Catania At Christmas
The staff was great, front desk and housekeeping. One staff member, Vanessa, was super fantastic. Super friendly, helpful and professional. I can’t say enough positive things about her. We were there to enjoy Christmas and the staff made sure we were well taken care of.

La habitación es muy pequeña con techo bajo, el aire acondicionado no enfría y hace mucho calor, el baño tira agua y se escucha cuando abren y cierran las puertas de las habitaciones todo el tiempo, así como cuando usan el inodoro, el desayuno es muy escaso, no es recomendable si necesitan descansar y tomar desayuno

Great spot!
New vibe in a great location for walking the parts of the city that are safer and cleaner. Took a half-day guided tour with Paola and learned so much about the city and its history and ecology. Our weekend here in November was delightful.

Very friendly service, location too, if You don’t arrive with car. There is, however, a car park near there and you can actually drive in front of the hotel for dropping off and picking up the luggage. Needs a bit of renovation though.

Nice stay overall, noisy street
We enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was roomy and we were pleased. Downside is the room was on the corner of the building next to the street market so it was very noisy and difficult to sleep. People out late, kids playing in the night, market starts set up at 4a. If your a lite sleeper like me had very little sleep. Airport shuttle was to be 40 euro, when the driver dropped us off he charged us 50 euro, extra for city tax. Our ride to hotel was 40 euro so we know he cheated us. Otherwise nice stay.

Regarding the transfer I just wanted to clarify, as previously stated in the note left in your room and in the private message we sent, that since you were leaving very early in the morning and we did not see you the night before we could not do the check out. So, we kindly asked you to pay the city taxed to our private driver so that he could take them to the hotel. The rate for the transfer for 40, as agreed, and the city taxes were 10 (2,50 per day per person). Hopefully this clarifies what happened. We look forward to welcome you again! Regards, Valentina

Super location! Amazing staff!
Superb location, great little roof deck, very kind and helpful staff. The theme adds a cute touch. Overall, it was pretty perfect.

Very nice place to stay right in the middle of Catania with a lot of options near the hotel. Front Staff was great from the time I arrived to the time i left being able to answer any questions i had
