« The Dunlin was an amazing stay (3 nights was perfect). Things that stood out were 1) how friendly and helpful the staff were 2) the decor and overall feel of the place 3) the pool and amenities 4) the spa - great services at reasonable prices 5) the restaurants - food was incredible and many ingredients were from nearby farms, they were very accommodating to our 16-month old too. Overall, it was a great place to spend a few days relaxing away from our busy lives with our little family. »

« Took 30 minutes to check in due to understaffing. Holiday weekend so it should not have been a surprise they would be busy. Tried to get a cart to bring up my own luggage but since it was “full service”, I was not allowed (they lock the carts in the closet). Of course they were understaffed with bellman so the wait was another 25 minutes (2 guys doing valet and bellhop on a 14+ floor hotel???) Did not get any room attendance for 2 days (towels, make-up).
