« The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. She was not empathetic to my bathroom not being clean the toilet was filthy and the bathtub was inoperative therefore we could not shower. The manager made us wait a long time to even speak with her and then she was extremely mean. And mocked me for wanting a new room; I video taped her behavior and she finally gave us a new room. I was very disappointed in the Managers behavior. »

« The resort has potential. Just needs updates. Unfortunately our Spring Break fall during a colder week. The hot tub helped with the chilly weather.The pool and lazy river were semi heated but the breeze was cold. It looks like that area could easily be made into a covered pool. « This hotel is perfect for those who want a quiet location and a large modern space. There is no hotel lobby or in person check-in, but the online system works really well and there are staff both near by and a text away. The team is very kind and helpful. I thought it was a nice location, mostly a residential area, and it was easy to drive into town. There are very few amenities at the hotel. I think the only thing missing that I would have liked is a microwave or a way to heat up water. I would...
