« The location is good for walking to boardwalk. The beach view is mostly obstructed but access is easy from the condo. The condo was clean, could have used a vacuum to maintain the floors. Please fellow rentors clean your dishes and pans BEFORE putting them in the cupboard. The building could use some repairs. »

« Unfortunately, our stay started with several cleanliness and maintenance issues that were apparent upon arrival. The shower curtain in the second bathroom was covered in mold and stuck together, the master bathroom trash can had no liner and contained brown dried liquid splatters, and the patio rug was severely torn, creating a tripping hazard.
