« The place is clean and has great access to the beach. The bed is full-sized with an old uncomfortable mattress that needs to be replaced. There are no blinds in the bedroom and there is bright light outside the window, so it was quite light in the bedroom at night. I spoke with the owner after the first night. « The location is good for walking to boardwalk. The beach view is mostly obstructed but access is easy from the condo. The condo was clean, could have used a vacuum to maintain the floors. Please fellow rentors clean your dishes and pans BEFORE putting them in the cupboard. The building could use some repairs. »

The shower curtain in the second bathroom was covered in mold and stuck together, the master bathroom trash can had no liner and contained brown dried liquid splatters, and the patio rug was severely torn, creating a tripping hazard. « Property was as advertised. Location was perfect for our needs. Mattresses were decent. The only bummer was that there was no sheet for the pull out bed available in the house. We checked every drawer and closet. So that friend had to sleep in the couch closed instead of the bed. There were also a lot of bugs running around but it is a beach so not shocking. »
