We had a great time staying here! Every night we sat on the balcony listening to the waves. The bed was comfortable so we slept very well, and I was especially thankful that there was a fan in the closet because we forgot to bring one!! The only thing I wasn’t expecting was so many stairs (my oversight), but the top floor view was worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

We come to Carolina Beach once a year for vacation, and this rental was the perfect spot! It’s close to all of our favorite restaurants and local spots, with great beach access and a cute little pool. The host made check-in seamless, and the place itself was cozy and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Great, convenient small condo with everything you need! Perfect to be right on the beach with a pool and beach access. Nice outdoor patio, and all the basics covered. Note - it is on the third floor with stairs only (no elevator) so you need to be able to carry your stuff up comfortably. Excellent check-in and check-out experience. Super easy to pack up and go without a bunch of complicated check-out instructions - Jeff the host was very responsive and easygoing - made the experience great! Location is excellent and overall a wonderful stay!

Weekend Away in Carolina Beach

This was a perfect little place for me and my boyfriend to spend a weekend in Carolina beach ! Loved that it was right on the beach as well. Property was clean and check-in was easy. It’s a cozy little space but for 2 people -perfect! And affordable. The host was very nice, I would stay here again.

Beautiful space in a great locaton

The location is fantastic—just a one-minute walk to the beach, which made everything super convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The only downsides were a few dirty dishes in the cabinets when we arrived and, unfortunately, finding a dirty diaper under the bed from a previous guest as we were checking out. For the price, I expected a bit more attention to cleanliness. That said, I doubt most guests will have the same issue—it felt like a one-off. Still, we really enjoyed our stay!

Worth the money

Place was spotless. Bed was comfortable. Had my own balcony to hang out on when the sun was going down. Host was immediately responsive to any questions. Water view was just that a tiny view between the two buildings if front of you. I didn’t find that a problem as all my time was spent on the beach. Had the third floor which was a killer on the knees as there isn’t any elevator. It was a great getaway with no issues:)

Loved the place! Well stocked with soap and paper towels, beach towels, coffee, dishes, ect. Very clean, cpl extra steps up to the top but no biggie-awesome beach access!!! Was just what we were looking for and we walked everywhere we went for the most part every day!

Super Nice

This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. From the very beginning from renting it to leaving today everything was perfect. Communication was great with the owner. The condo was exceptionally clean. It was conveniently located to everything in Carolina beach, and not far from Wilmington,the beach was perfect proximity to the Condo. Just perfect all the way around. We would stay here again many times over.

Perfect Getaway

My 2 children and I decided last minute to go on a beach vacation for their elementary school spring break. We were super blessed to have found this perfect condo on VRBO! It was super clean, well equipped and in a perfect location with excellent private beach access and nice pool.Our host Jeff was super quick with his communication and offering recommendations for places to visit and eat while on the island!My son‘s definitely loved FunTime Treats which was a short walk for some of the best soft serve ice cream, burgers and hotdogs on the beach!We will definitely see if this condo is available on our next Carolina Beach vacation together.

Fun at the Shore

Very clean,well-equiped, efficient setup. Comfortable bed. Good location. 49 steps total but reviews told us. Thought we were right on beach but small bldg is in front. However, we still had ocean view to right . Would easily choose to stay here again.

Just What the Doctor Ordered!

This property was just what we needed to get away for a few days and enjoy the beach with our baby! It was clean, well kept and had everything we needed for our stay. Getting to the beach was a breeze and took just minutes to get from our room to the beach. Communication was great and they were always quick to respond. The only downside we had, was that we were located at the very top and only had steps (not unusual for these properties) so we had to carry our daughter up/down which was a bit if a pain, but other than that, we loved it. We would definitely stay here again for its close location to the beach. Other places we have stayed haven’t been as convenient as this location and even with the steps, it was nice to not have to walk far with our baby in tow.

Very Cute Condo

The condo was lovely, a little unusually located between the road and another (very close) condo building that faces the beach. Didn't want to open the curtains, when we did we felt exposed. Also it was on the top floor in a no elevator building. We really only needed a place to sleep and make coffee in the morning so it was just fine for us. It was clean and the owner is very nice and responsive, and the price was good,

The property location was very convenient and it had private beach access. Check-in and out was simple. The condo was very clean and tidy. It needs some minor updating and maintenance. We didn’t realize this was a third floor condo until we arrived. There is no elevator, so it won’t be accessible for anyone with limited mobility or who cannot climb stairs. The parking was a bit tight especially for large vehicles like full size trucks and SUVs. Finally, we had a lovely time and would stay here again!
