Le plan d'Ć©tage ouvert - avec puits de lumiĆØre et sols en noyer raclĆ©s Ć  la main - comprend un confortable coin repas et un salon avec de confortables canapĆ©s en cuir, une tĆ©lĆ©vision Ć  Ć©cran plat et une cheminĆ©e Ć  gaz. Et lorsque vous ne profitez pas de la cuisine raffinĆ©e qui fait la renommĆ©e de Carmel, la cuisine bien Ć©quipĆ©e comprend des plans de travail en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. La suite principale a un lit King, une deuxiĆØme cheminĆ©e et une salle de bain privĆ©e avec une grande baignoire Ć  jets et une douche Ć  vapeur. La deuxiĆØme chambre a un lit Queen, et la deuxiĆØme salle de bain, situĆ©e dans le hall, a une douche Ć  l'italienne.Ā Pourquoi rester dans un hĆ“tel quand vous pouvez avoir un condo entier?AccĆØs par ascenseur. We loved the location of this home in Carmel. We stored the car and never used it again. Rented e-bikes and rode up to Cannary Road for lunch via the coastal road. A must do!

We loved our stay at Banyon. The accommodations were perfect for two couples. We loved the easy walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was spacious and clean. Lots of windows so the light was lovely. Nice location with a lovely Lebanese/Greek restaurant across the road on Junapero. I would recommend it.

Banyan unit is wonderful. It was an easy walk to all the shops and restuarants in Carmel. No issues with parking on the street as we had a large SUV. We will rent again!

Carmel-by-the-Sea complete immersion. We left the car in the garage over our entire stay. Uber is easy if you prefer to go further afield. One could easily live here fulltime. Beautiful as it is cozy...cannot wait to return.

The condo was excellent. Clean and perfect for 4 people. Easy communication with the host. It was perfect location to walk to everything in Carmel. The parking garage was a bonus for in town. Would definitely stay at Banyan again.

This condo was as described, communication with the property manager was prompt and check in was so easy. The location was excellent for walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. (Walking to/from the beach may be a challenge for those with mobility issues as it is a rather steep hill however there is parking at the end of Ocean.) The garage around the corner was convenient. Our rental was a Jeep 4x4 and we had no problems. It is a small space so allowing passengers out of the car before parking is advised. We would consider this rental again in the future.

Very beautiful condo right in the heart of Carmel by the Sea. So you pretty much able to walk to anything in the village. A few small issues were easily rectified by a very responsive staff. Condo looks brand new and is well appointed. Very clean. WIFI was good as well. Only one issue that could be a problem for some guests is that there is an outdoor light that really lights up the master bedroom and does not turn off until around 1 AM. The inner blinds are ineffective in dimming it. Other than that, I highly recommend this condo

Condo was perfect for us! Beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with everything we'd want. Location in downtown Carmel was great. We walked to everything - shops, restaurants, beach! Definitely would stay here again!

My husband and our adult niece and I spent 4 days here and loved it. Spotlessly clean and organized; a true rental and seemingly not just somebody's 2nd home with personal items taking closet and cupboard space. The included garage is about a 3 min walk behind the unit, but to just enjoy town you don't need a car. A bike rental place is about 5 min walk (Mad Dogs & Englishmen) and we rented E-bikes to tour town and do 17 Mi Drive. Beds and bedding comfy, everything worked well. Quiet neighborhood, restaurants everywhere to walk to. Small grocers also a couple min walk. We would stay here again anytime.

We liked staying in this modern condo in Carmel next to Forge Restaurant. The location is central, easy walking distance to everything, and the layout was great for my wife and myself. We used the second bedroom for storage and golf clubs. It was great to have a dedicated parking garage although it is not attached (it's around the corner, which turned out to be ok). We got there in mid August and it was dreadfully hot but thankfully there are standing fans there but no A/C, which is typical of Carmel. Weather improved and it was mainly cool for most of the time. The condo has modern features, new kitchen/refrig/oven and great TV system. Property management company was responsive and helped us with a few travel issues.
