  • The ocean is calling you from this well-designed, perfectly furnished beach home. We've done our best to ensure you have an awesome beach time! Bike or walk around the area and beach, grill out in the backyard patio, and chill under the stars or mellow string lights. Amenities galore with beach bikes, chairs, umbrella, ice chest, games, toys, body boards, and wagon. Sunrise or sunset walks on the beach is less than 5 minutes away. The tans may fade, your memories will last forever!

    *3 easy blocks to the BEACH, 20 min walk to Cocoa Beach Pier, 5 min drive to Port Canaveral, 20 min to Kennedy Space Center, 45 min to/from MCO Orlando Airport, and 50 min to Orlando and Disney!
    * Short distance to restaurants, night life, shops, groceries and all that Cape Canaveral & Cocoa Beach has to offer.

    This Property is set up to host Vacations.
    *Beach Gear, Towels, Umbrellas, Chairs, Coolers, Sand Toys, and Kids Toys, bicycles.

    *Bathroom stocked just in case you forget something (starter pack of toiletries)
    *2 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

    By booking to stay at our property, you agree to:
    *No Parties or Pets.
    *No therapy, emotional, or support animals.
    *NO SMOKING inside unit.
    *NO more than 6 people inside unit without prior approval.
    *Max 2 Parking Spots (the City will tow street parking)
    *Don't disturb the neighbors.
    *Quiet Hours 11 PM - 8 AM.
    *NO MAIL or Packages to be delivered.
    *An additional $40 cleaning fee may be applied for units that are beyond normal clean up.
    *Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am.
    *Late checkouts without prior approval may be charged $20 per hour.
    *If not checked out by noon, we reserve the right to bill for an additional night's stay.

We had a great stay here! 6 minute walk straight to beach, or you can drive with public parking available. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beach supplies in garage were very convenient to use. We will be back!

We stayed at this property earlier this year also. It’s a great location. Close to the beach. Finally got to use the chairs and pop up tent from the garage. Would definitely stay again.

A wonderful property within walking distance to the beach. Beds were decently comfortable. Great to have bikes and buggee boards, chairs etc.Host was very nice and easy to communicate with about any details needing to be discussed.

This place was perfect for reunion with my grandkids. I would recommend this place to anyone. The host was exemplary! He was always available for communication and was extremely polite.

Probably the best host and Vrbo experience I’ve ever had. Jupiter is super accommodating. His pride in his property amenities and even his guests is un matched in my opinion. The convenient location is close to everything including a small walk to the beach or a short drive to the ports. Will defiantly be back here in the future.

Jupiter was a great host. She gave had so many recommendations and was easy to communicate that made our stay even better. The house was adorable and clean with so much beach amenities that we did not have to bring with us on our travels. The house was close to the beach we were able just take a short walk which was nice not having to load up the car. The ease of getting around town from neighborhood is great so close to everything. We loved our stay at this rental property. Everything was exactly as stated. We used the bikes to get groceries at a nearby shop, the kids used the boogie boards, and I rented a surfboard to go surfing. We even had a view of a rocket launch right from the front yard (see photo). Juniper was very responsive to our messages, and provided everything we needed. The house was clean and stocked well. All of this for a reasonable price. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quaint location close to the beach.

We had a great stay! The property was perfect for our family—much more spacious than it appears, and everyone was very comfortable. The location was ideal for easy walks to the beach, which we loved. While it’s a bit farther from the main Cocoa Beach attractions, that actually worked in our favor since we really enjoyed the quiet, residential feel of the area.The home was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed (and more!). I definitely overpacked because they had so many thoughtful extras already there. Overall, it was a relaxing, convenient, and comfortable place to stay—we’d absolutely come back.

Great stay at the beach house. Jupiter is the host and greeted us upon arrival. Safe little neighborhood just 3 minutes walk to the beach. Bonus is the garage filled with beach stuff for the whole family. We are planning to return.

Wonderful stay. Close to everything we wanted to see. Only two things, had trouble with electric outlets in kitchen to make coffee. The other was a neighbor who wanted to use a saw when I wanted to sleep in, nothing you could about that. Loved the ocean decor, little beach chairs with sand cute.

Great stay!

The property is just as advertised. Comfy beds, hot shower, good AC in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to beach and everything you need for a day there including the wagon to carry it all. Would stay again! Communication with host also great.
