« The apartment was already occupied as we showed up. In the end the owner put us up in his other hotel. He was very friendly, but the hotel was nothing like the stay we had expected. Beds that broke when you sat on them. The same for the shower and not the cleanest. »

« We had to wait for an hour after agreed upon check-in time to get our key, we could not reach the host, the apartment was dirty, we had no warm water and on one occasion no water at all. Though the apartment is in a good location, it is right next to the tramway, which is very noisy and causes the entire apartment to shake every five minutes. All in all, a terrible experience. »
